Shipping & Policies
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving an order. For pre-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks before items are shipped, unless otherwise noted or discussed. Of course, I am a one-woman show and sometimes things take a little longer than expected but know that I do everything I can to keep to these deadlines.
Estimated shipping times
- Local pick: use code BKPICKUP for free shipping if you'd like to pick up your piece locally in Brooklyn. I am located in the Bedstuy area of Brooklyn and am usually available weekday evenings and all day on weekends for pickup. I can also deliver to the Wall Street area in Manhattan on weekday afternoons. After you've made your purchase using the free pickup code, please email me to coordinate a pickup time.
- North America: 5 - 6 business days
These are shipping estimates and cannot be guaranteed. I ship everything via USPS unless another shipping method is requested.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (as long as the item has not yet been shipped)
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but feel free to contact me if there is something wrong with your order.
Damages must be reported via email to email@example.com within 3 days of your delivery date for a refund to be issued.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
A photo of the damaged item is required to be sent with the initial damage report.
All pieces are handmade and therefore one of a kind. There may be variations in color, texture, and size that aren't obvious from the photos. Please refer to the dimensions and color descriptions in the listings.
