Do you do custom or personalized orders?
I am sometimes available to do custom orders, but it's on a case by case basis. Sometimes I'm just too busy to take a custom order on, and sometimes it's just not an item that I would like to make, but I try my best to either fill your custom order or suggest someone who makes work more along the lines of what you are looking for. How do I report a damaged good?
Damaged goods must be reported via email at email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery date for a refund to be issued.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
A photo of the damaged item is required to be sent with the initial damage report.
How do I care for my ceramic items?
All items are food safe unless otherwise noted.
All items are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted, although I recommend handwashing everything for longer life. Exceptions include pieces with gold luster. Gold lustered items cannot be microwaved and I suggest handwashing as to not dull the gold over time.

How quickly should I expect my item to arrive?
Ready to ship items:
I ship out packages 3-5 business days after an order is received. Sometimes unforeseen events get in the way, but I promise to ship items out as soon as possible!
Pre-ordered items usually take me about 4-6 weeks to make and ship shortly after. Timing with ceramics can be tricky. A lot of it can depend on the weather and humidity in the air. Sometimes things take longer to dry, and that part is out of my control. So, please keep in mind, I try and get items out to you in 4-6 weeks, but it can take a little longer sometimes. If you have a hard deadline, please make sure to email me about it before you order, so we can ensure it's something I am able to get done in time. With all preorder, I will reach out periodically to give you updates on the expected finish date.
Do you accept returns?
As a small business owner and sole maker of JULY BKNY, I cannot accept returns for items you dislike. If an item is damaged, please refer to my policies. Please make sure to pay attention to the sizing in the listing. Items may appear larger or smaller than they actually are. Also, please keep in mind, that these items are all handmade and will show the hand of the maker in little "imperfections."
What are seconds?
Seconds are items sold at a discount that have some little defects or imperfections that I'm unhappy with, but these pieces are still completely functional and food safe (unless otherwise noted). Sometimes this means a crack in the rim of a bowl or a glazing mishap that left an unwanted mark, for example. If you have any questions about a seconds items, please feel free to reach out to me.
